Have you changed your mind or is something not quite right? No problem! Please use our returns portal to process your return quickly and easily. Simply enter your order number and the postcode of your delivery address.

How it works

  1. Package your item: Please place the items you wish to return in their original packaging.
  2. Create a label: Generate your return label via our portal and print it out.No printer? Simply use the mobile QR code.
  3. Ship your parcel: Drop off your package at the nearest service point.

Good to know

1. Return Policy & Condition

You can return your entire order or individual items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags attached. For damaged items, please see the important note below.

2. Processing & Refunds

We process returns within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse. Refunds are automatically issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. As permitted by law, refunds may be withheld until we have received the goods or proof of their return.

3. Return Shipping Fees

Please note that we charge a processing fee for returns: €5 within Germany and €10 for international returns. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

4. Important Note - Ask us first

Something not right with your order? Before you initiate a formal return, please contact us directly. In 9 out of 10 cases, we can find a solution that is faster and easier for you:

  • Defect or Damage: We often send replacement parts or exchange the item directly.
  • Wrong Item Received: We will correct our mistake immediately with high priority.
  • Not what you expected? If the product isn't quite what you imagined, we might have a better-suited model or an alternative solution for you.
