1. Scope and Partner
These Terms apply to all orders on markrydeneurope.com. Partner: Backpack Group Mykola Naruzhnyi, Belgradstr. 19, 80796 Munich, Germany.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The product descriptions in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Confirm and Pay" (or a similarly clearly labeled button), you submit a binding purchase offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is only concluded upon the dispatch of our separate confirmation e-mail (order confirmation).
3. Prices and Payments
3.1. The prices stated on the product pages are final prices. Due to the small business status (Kleinunternehmerstatus) according to § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act), no sales tax is charged and, consequently, none is displayed. Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process.
3.2. Payment methods:

- Klarna (Pay later, Slice it, Pay now/Sofort)
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
3.3. Payments are due immediately. Partner terms (Klarna/PayPal) also apply.
4. Delivery and Risk
For consumers, the risk passes to you only upon physical delivery of the goods. For business customers, it passes when handed to the carrier.
5. Withdrawal and Return Costs
Consumers have 14 days to withdraw. Full details are available under our Right of Withdrawal policy. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These are €5 within Germany and €10 internationally. See Returns & Exchanges for details.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of notification. We may withhold payment until the goods or proof of shipping are received.
7. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply for two years from delivery. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
8. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Please note that the operation of this platform has been discontinued. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
